The Auburn Police Department provides this website as a means for members of the community to keep up to date with happenings of the Auburn Police Department.  This website is not meant to be a 100% comprehensive catch all on all law enforcement, police legislative or other government agency related matters.  This website is designed to provide streamlined information and access to items most routinely requested of the Auburn Police Department. 

The Auburn Police Department does not intend to duplicitously post and maintain already available information, this includes some state forms or information that is readily available, such as how to appeal a traffic citation (the instruction to request a hearing for a traffic violation are on the back of the Massachusetts Uniform Citation and it is explained to the violator by the officer when the citation is turned over to the operator.
